What this service is

Universal QR Generator is a free, browser-based tool that creates QR codes from information you provide. It requires no account, charges no fee, and processes your input locally in your browser.

You agree not to generate QR codes that link to or contain illegal, fraudulent, or malicious content (including phishing links or malware), or content that infringes the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you encode and for how the resulting codes are used.

No warranty

This tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We encourage testing every code with a real phone scanner before printing or distributing it, but we do not guarantee that every code will scan correctly on every device under every condition.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fabian Kochendoerfer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this tool.

Your content

The information you encode into QR codes belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it, and it is never stored or transmitted to our servers.

Advertising

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and similar services. We do not control individual ad content and are not responsible for the sites they link to.

Changes

We may update these terms or modify features of the tool at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany (Bundesrepublik Deutschland). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country continue to apply where required by law.
